The program includes bi-monthly scheduled group sessions, which may include coaching, training, instruction, or implementation guidance. Sessions may be led by Coach Michele, a Home Care Coaching team member, an invited expert, or another professional.

All program questions, document submissions, and support requests must be submitted through the designated client upload system. This helps our team keep requests organized and provide support through the appropriate channel.

Home Care Coaching provides education, resources, and support, but clients remain responsible for completing the lessons, applying what they learn, and following through on the work required.

The Home Care Business Program runs for 6 months. During this period, clients receive access to the online curriculum, included resources, the Success File Cabinet, scheduled group sessions, and the designated client support system.

Clients are encouraged to follow the recommended learning schedule and complete the required work within the program period. Progress depends on consistent participation, implementation, and follow-through.

Program access, support, and submission privileges end when the program period expires unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients are responsible for completing the curriculum and action steps during the program period. Delayed participation, missed sessions, or incomplete work do not automatically extend program access or support.

At the end of the program, you will have a Pathway Assessment call to determine whether a renewal is right for you or if you are better suited to other programs inside the MLEC ecosystem.

A payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription. Program access begins upon the first required payment. Missed or failed payments may result in suspended access. Ending participation does not cancel the remaining payment obligation.
