Refund Policy

“ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS” POLICY

We have a strict “All Sales Are Final, No Full or Partial Refunds” policy. This means all payments made for any service or product of Michele Lee Ellis Consulting, LLC (“MLEC”), including coaching packages, event tickets, digital products, workshops, retreats, apparel, and other offerings, will not be refunded under any circumstance. This policy applies to, but is not limited to, cancellations, changes of mind, or abandonment that occur after purchase. If any payment under an installment plan is missed, declined, or not received, all Services will be suspended immediately. Access will only resume once the account is current, and delinquent accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency.

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that all payments are final and non-refundable and that you will not initiate any chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your financial institution, except in cases of actual unauthorized fraud. Any unauthorized chargeback or dispute will be considered a material breach of the Service Agreement. In such cases, MLEC may suspend or terminate access to purchased services or materials, refer the account to a debt collection agency, and recover all costs, fees, and damages incurred, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and consent to these terms.

SUCCESS AND/OR FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE IS NOT GUARANTEED

Please note that your success or financial independence in purchasing and using any service, product, or event of MLEC is not guaranteed. While we have helped many individuals and businesses achieve optimal success, your results depend on your effort, diligence, understanding, and ability to follow guidelines and advice. By agreeing to purchase, you accept that MLEC will not be responsible for any losses or liabilities you may incur as a result of using any product, service, or event.
